AI search optimization for a home inspection business
Buyers and agents now ask an assistant before they open Maps. The questions are narrow and predictable: what an inspection costs in a named city, what a four point inspection is and who needs one, whether a 1950s house needs a sewer scope, how long the report takes to come back. The models answer by pulling from pages that state facts plainly and from listings that agree with each other everywhere they appear.
Inspectors are unusually easy to fix here because so few have anything to cite. Of the 27,687 listings in our dataset, 35.4% have no website at all, and most of the rest publish no prices, no turnaround time and no service area. If your site is the only one in the county saying that a 2,000 square foot inspection runs a given range, that the report arrives the same evening, and that you cover eleven named towns, you become the quotable source by default.
Two weeks is early here, but not empty. Your name should start appearing on the narrow questions, and your logs should show the AI crawlers arriving. The AI search guide walks through the page structure.
