Social media management for a home inspection business
Social media does not book inspections in this trade. It keeps you on the referral list, which is worth more. The audience is agents, and agents decide in a group chat and a Facebook group, not on a search results page.
The format that works is the find. One photo or a short clip of something real: a reversed polarity outlet, a Federal Pacific panel, a roof with two layers and no drip edge, a water heater vented into nothing. Two sentences on what it is and what it costs to fix. Agents share those. Sellers see them and start thinking about a pre-listing inspection.
Post two or three times a week, not daily. Mix in your availability for the coming week, because the agent scrolling on Sunday night with a contract signed Friday is the exact person you want reading it.
The mistake is posting your logo, your certification badges and holiday graphics. Nobody shares those. After two weeks you should have a steady queue built from photos your inspections already produce, rather than a content calendar you have to feed.
